Gallery Collaborations

Gallery 38 founded in 2016 in Jingumae, Shibuya. We organize exhibitions from emerging to established artists, both domestic and international, in all genres, from a unique perspective. In addition to a program of mainly contemporary art, we also organizes group exhibitions to introduce more historical artists, and also involved in a wide range of other art-related projects, such as workshops for children and the introduction of ancient art objects together with contemporary art.

Recognized as Vietnam’s leading contemporary art gallery, Galerie Quynh has been a major player in the development of the country’s art scene over the past two decades. In keeping with its mission to create a sustainable ecosystem for the arts in Vietnam, the gallery collaborates with artists, curators, museums and art spaces locally and internationally to organize exhibitions, talks, lectures, and workshops as well as produce publications in English and Vietnamese. The gallery works closely with a select group of emerging, mid-career and established Vietnamese artists as well as distinguished artists from around the world. In December 2017 the gallery renovated a 600-square-meter, five-story building in central Ho Chi Minh City. With an expanded space, the gallery is able to produce more ambitious programming and play an even more vital role in the cultural community in Vietnam.
