The Kyoto International Conference Center is the last stop on the Karasuma Subway Line, and hotels and restaurants in the area are limited. Therefore, we recommend that you stay at a hotel in downtown Kyoto and take a cab or subway to the venue.

Events during ACK
We require all VIP guests attending ACK to make an advance booking for a timed entry into the fair.
Please enter your E-Tix Membership ID and select your ACK entry time from the booking site on Your Account page.
Your VIP reservation admits you and a guest to the fair with timed entry access. Access includes the Collector’s Preview and VIP Preview on Thursday, November 17, as well as dedicated VIP only hours, prior to public access from 11am−noon, Friday−Sunday, and public hours during the run of show, with timed entry.
Access times to the ACK are limited and should be selected based on confirmed attendance only.
If you wish to change the schedule after completing the application, please cancel and apply again using the same membership ID.
